One of the most common questions my husband, Chris, and I are asked is, “how did both of you meet?”. While we love sharing, it is not always easy, because our love story is involves a lot of CRAZY twists and turns that only God could write.
From a quaint hardware store to crashing into a deer. Spending over 265 days apart in Romania, saying ‘I do’ in dress blues, and then immediate having to move. The many details of our military love story are too much for a simple post on social media.
This year as Chris and I celebrate five years of being married 🥂 we are continuing to learn that life is not easy, but God is always faith and true. We chose to love because He loved us first and we praise for Him for allowing us to share this brief time on earth spent together!
May our anything-but-perfect-all-beacause-of-Jesus story encourage you in every way that God has not left you alone in your current season. His hand is on every part. He wants to heal your heart!
