
Certified Holistic Health Coach, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, and a professional singer, Lesley Lyons, wears several hats and holds many responsibilities. Not only is she passionate about advocating for others as they walk towards health, but she is also loves being a mom to her five children. Lesley’s mission to help others was born out of her own wellness journey and that of her family. Over the past decade, her family has faced genetic defects, cancer diagnosis, and also the feeling of defeat. For the majority of her life Lesley warred over her body, battling an unhealthy relationships with her appearance and the inner beliefs that she was not enough.
Rather than listening to lies ordering her to be more, consume less, and continue striving, today Lesley choses to listen to her body. She learned her mind, body, and soul did not ask for the next diet trend, but craved genuine grace, healing, and kindness.
After graduating from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition with advanced knowledge in gut health Lesley opened her arms to helping others who share her story through health coaching. She serves clients from all over the country who are moving towards freedom, not bound to a program or meal plan, but through discovering courage and silencing their inner critics.
