CQF: Warehouse Bakery & Donuts

On a day trip to Fairhope, Alabama my friend, Tiffany, and I began our visit with hearty brunch. While walking up to front door of Warehouse Bakery & Donuts we eagerly sighed smelling the savory aromas spilling out of the brick building. There was a 20 minute wait for 10am seating, a great sign that we were in the perfect place for delicious baked dishes!

Warehouse Bakery & Donuts is a warm, welcoming experience. Its interior touches of turquoise seating and solid wood structure creates a farmhouse meets casual cafe setting. Patio seating is available, but those who dine in have a personal look into Fairhope Roasting Company.

Roasted and served in house Fairhope Roasting Company is a locally owned, small batch speciality coffee roaster. If you hang out at Warehouse for spell you can watch the coffee roasting process while you sip.

Cold Brew pie, peanut butter bars, donuts, among other baked delights are ready to devour upon your arrival. Grab a dozen to go or grab a seat for full menu option. Breakfast meals are served all day and their lunch menu includes burgers to buddha bowls.

Margherita Croissant: two eggs scrambled with basil and parmesan, mozzarella, and grilled tomatoes.

Veggie Bagel: hummus, tomato, avocado, onion, sprinkled with everything mix, served on an open faced toasted house made bagel.

Despite whatever is on your plate do ask for water served in a chic 16oz soda can style glass and a hot cup of coffee. I chose a house brew with a splash of heavy whipping cream. Tiffany chose a vanilla latte and we both loved our orders. The partnership of Warehouse Bakery with Fairhope Roasting Company is indescribable.
